Don’t Cook that Broccoli!!

While we have always known that dark leafy vegetables were good for us, studies have recently shown that eating just three servings a month can reduce your risk of bladder cancer by 40%.  The researchers also point out that they are 80% less effective if you cook them.

So I guess while momma was right about eating your veggies, she probably didn’t need to cook it first.
