How to do the best flat belly exericse in only 1 minute a day:
- Sit on a chair that does not allow you to touch the floor.
- Put your hands under your legs.
- Move your body weight to your hands (as if you plan to lift your body).
- Bend your knees and lift your legs about 6-8 cm from the chair.
- Lower them a again in slow controlled movement.
- Repeat for at least 1 minute.
